Happy Mothers Day!!

I want to wish all the mommies a very very Happy Mother’s Day!!!!! I have had the pleasure of working with such wonderful families and mommies this year. Mommies are truly the heart of the family, and I love capturing the love that they have for their families and the love their families have for their moms. Thank you to all the moms out there that have shared their moments with me! Happy Mothers Day!!!

A Hoppy Easter Shoot – Ojai Family Photographer

Wow!!! What a day we had at our Easter Mini Event! We had a mini zoo here at my home studio filled with bunnies, baby chicks, baby ducklings and EVEN baby lambs! It was amazing. The kids loved seeing and holding the animals. They were so cute! Here is a peek at a few of the images from our event here in Ojai.

A Holiday Homecoming (Ventura Family Photography)

What a special day to be apart of. I had the extreme honor of photographing this beautiful family. Dad was coming home after 10 months of being away. His wife was pregnant with their second daughter when he left. Coming home and seeing his new baby girl for the first time was an amazing site to see. She immediately was comfortable in his arms nuzzling into his chest. Both mommy, big sister and baby were overjoyed to have daddy home. Thank you for letting me be apart of such a special day. These are memories that I will also hold dear!

San Antonio – Harvest Festival and Carnival

What a great day we had today!! It was super busy, but so much fun!! There were carnival games, pony rides, lots of great vendors, face painting, tattoos, and of course the Kindergarten class had to have a PHOTO BOOTH!! I am room mom what do you expect!! Well it turned out so great. We had so much fun and took so many pics of the kids and their parents. I think  many will be this years holiday cards, they were so fun! Thanks so much to the other great room moms that made it happen and to the class volunteers and donators! Also thanks to the PTO and of course Mrs. Dutter!! Super fun! Can’t wait till next year!

A Day at the Orchard

We have so may beautiful orchards in Ojai. When the oranges blossoms are in bloom the whole town smells amazing! This was such a sweet shoot in the orchards with one of my favorite little models! Josephine was even with me as my little assistant. They had a great time running through the trees. So fun!

The Adventurous Family

What a great time I had today with my adventurous family. First I had them meet me at my “fun fence”, as I like to call it. We weren’t there 10 min before the cops rolled up and told us they were looking for a guy that skipped out on his parole. Luckily they knew the cop. I thought we were getting in trouble!  Then we went off on a hunt for this incredible spot in the woods. We found it, and it was fun and eerie. Were were in danger of mountain lions, and vagabonds, and delinquents. But no one was there, and it was the perfect spot for our adventurous shoot today!! Thanks family for being so awesome! BTW LOVED the show tunes mom was singing to make the kids smile!!
